Shipping Methods & Rates  

 

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $60 before tax and after discounts. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible for free standard shipping.  

 

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at noon EST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS/DHL/FEDEX

 

We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed. Please be aware that shipping estimates given at checkout do not account for order processing time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 4-6 additional days.

Terms of Shipping + Delivery

   

Any lost package is the responsibility of UPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to UPS. Kayura Effect is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. If a package is marked as 'Delivered' but you do not receive it, please contact UPS to file a claim.  

 

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take at least 6 business days with standard shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.  

 

Shipping Confirmation   

 

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email to confirm its shipment. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.  

 

Report Other Problem   

 

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please include your order confirmation number in the subject line and attach any relevant photos.

 

We will always do our best to accommodate your concerns as efficiently as possible.  

 

RETURNS

 

If, within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with the product, we would be happy to process a return for you. 

 

To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new condition. Please note, that Kayura Effect does not offer pre-paid shipping labels to return items and does not cover the cost of return shipping fees. Please return products to the following address:

Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Upon receiving the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing and 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail.   

 

*Please note that engraved items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.  

 

If you buy Kayura Effect products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
